Returns: If for any reason, you wish to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unopened, in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. You will be refunded your purchase amount, less our actual shipping cost to you. While we offer free shipping on most items, our actual shipping costs vary. Buyer will be responsible for all return postage, and will not be refunded for these charges. If the item is not in re-sell-able condition, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of your purchase amount. Please contact us for a return mailing address and instructions prior to returning the product. Include a statement in your return including your name, order number, contact info, and a brief explanation of why the product is being returned. Your refund will be processed by our Returns team as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days of receipt of the item.
Any package returned to shipper due to recipient's rejection, refusal, return, unable to obtain signature, moved or incorrect address will incur shipping expenses both TO & FROM your delivery location, and will be deducted from any appropriate refund/credit.
